Night-time splinting of the foot to prevent Achilles Tendon contractures during prolonged bed rest.

Features 1402PF Night Splint

Lightweight, but rigid, 'L' shaped plastic splint to maintain ankle-foot angle at 90 degrees.
Horizontal plastic splint with holes for the adjustment of the angle of tilt (25 degrees on either side) to prevent the leg rotation on the bed during sleep.
Double side laminated foam envelope for spacy accommodation.
Can be worn on either right or left foot.

Two rigid, upright para-spinal and two lateral splints of light- weight metal are pre-contoured to keep spine in its natural position.
Elastic abdominal panels provide the required compression.
Thoracic straps of 4" elastic provide comfortable fixation of the brace to the body.
Clavicle straps with knitted stockinet covered foam pads correct shoulder posture.
