  1. Routine Inspections:

    • Hydraulic System Check: Ensure the hydraulic fluid is at the correct level and free from contaminants. Inspect the hydraulic hoses and seals for any leaks or damage. Low hydraulic fluid levels or leaks can significantly affect lifting performance and safety.

    • Lubrication of Moving Parts: Lubricate the stacker's moving components, such as the lifting mast, chains, and bearings, to reduce friction and wear. This helps maintain ease of operation and prolongs the stacker's lifespan.

  3. Electrical System Inspection:

    • Wiring and Switches: Inspect the stacker’s electrical wiring and switches for any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage. Check the controller to ensure it responds properly to inputs.
    • Motor and Battery Inspection: Ensure the electric motor is running efficiently and that the battery is in good condition. Test the charging system to ensure it is functioning correctly.
