Miacasa deals with various varity of Fire Rated and Non Fire Rated Steel and Security Doors recognized by Underwriters Laboratories(UL 10B in accordance with NFPA 252 and NFPA 80), Intertek (UL 10C) and warrington Fire ( BS476 Part 22 ), the international certifications.

Steel doors also have acoustic ratings with respect to ASTM E90 - 2009 and ASTM E413-2010 tested by Intertek.

Miacasa Wooden Doors are tested and as per the standards both American and British Standards, complying North American Codes (NFPA 252, ANSI UL 10 C ), UBC 7-2 & CAN4-S104 and Chiltern International Fire and BM Trada under the scheme of Q Mark Fire Doors Complying BS 476 part 22 for FD30, FD45, FD60, FD90 and FD120 minutes.

We are also having high performance Sound Proof Doors tested in accordance with BS-EN ISO 140-3 : 1995

Sand Trap Louver Doors are strong & rigid in construction & applicable for both industrial & commercial purposes. Our doors are designed to seperate intake air form sand & dust particles from intake air for ventilation purposes.Hung by heavy-gauge steel hinges with available hardware configurations like custom made alldrops and tower bolts.Louvers and frames are constructed of galvanised steel. Vulcan can also build to fit your specific needs in custom door sizes and configurations of hardware.Single Doors from size Width 650-1400 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made.Double Doors from size Width 1200-2800 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made.

SHUTTERS

Normally constructed with 1.2 mm thick galvanised steel .

LOUVERS

Normally constructed with 1.2 mm thick galvanised steel & can go upto 2 mm as per requirements.
They are also provided with holes to empty the filtered sand that is accumulated.

HARDWARE

Custom made hardware like alldrops & tower bolts are possible.
Any customer specific locking can also be engineered into Vulcan Doors. Bird screens and fly screens are additional options available with Vulcan Sand Trap Louver Doors.

Tested Size : 3000mm (H) x 3000mm(W). Allowed Size : 3000mm(H) and width doesn't have any size constraints. Fire Rated Contra Flam Glasses with 14mm (thk).
