MICROFINE offers / manufactures / designs wide range of specially designed Filter media for Pre and Fine Filtration with the efficiency of Air Filter Elements as high as 99.99% of the atmospheric dust and contamination.

PRE FILTERS
Pre (Or) Primary Filters are designed for Coarse Filtration where 90-95% of the dust particles ranging from 10 microns and above are arrested and normally are cleanable type. Rigid metallic frames are being used in flange or box type as per the requirement of the mounting.

SECONDARY FILTERS
Secondary Filters (Or) Fine Filters being used in two stage or three stage filtrations with an efficiency of 95-99% down to 5 microns and below of the dust particles are only allowed into the air stream. Rigid metallic frames are being used in flange or box type as per the requirement of the mounting. MICROFINE offers cleanable and disposable type of elements for Fine Filtration.

FINE FILTERS
Fine Filters which are normally being used as Final Filter in three stage Filtration with an efficiency 99.99% down to sub micron levels of dust contamination being arrested. These Filters are designed for absolute Filtration used in clean rooms for HVAC applications. Rigid metallic frames are being used in flange or box type as per the requirement of the mounting.
