However, for higher temperature up to 150oC (300oF), Aeroflex- HT is recommended which is suitable for electric heater and radiator system. |

AEROFLEX is an ideal insulation for frost control on sub-zero piping. It prevents heat gain and condensation problems on chilled water and refrigerant pipelines, and it also prevents heat loss from hot water plumbing, liquid and dual temperature piping.

CHEMXCOAT 30 36 is a zero VOC, water based, fire retardant coating for Duct Insulation. It is washable, tough, and abrasion resistant. Its acts as lagging & lap adhesive for canvas and glass reinforcing cloth. Due to its excellent brushing characteristic it provides excellent brushing characteristics
It is used for outdoors as well as indoors thermal insulation material on metal duct, in areas where with high humidity and elevated temperature are major problems. It may be applied to the joints or edges of fibrous duct liner insulation to seal and prevent air erosion.

CHEMXSEAL 32-17 is fire retardant, aqua based, vapor barrier sealant for low, medium, and high pressure or high velocity- metal, fiberglass and flexible heating. It is specially formulated to meet Middle East weather condition. It is highly elastic in nature. It has excellent adhesion to metal, aluminum, etc. This exhibits excellent strength, flexibility and resistance to heat and cold. It performs as tough and flexible adhesive and sealant, forming a durable seal against air leakage. CHEMXSEAL 32-17 does not contain Asbestos, Lead, Mercury or Mercury Compounds.
CHEMXSEAL 32-17 applies to clean, dry, oil free and sounded surface, by power extrusion or trowel uniformly a 2 wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gallon/100 ft . To2 tal coverage 40-55 ft 2/gal. Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 25 0c before pressure testing. High humidity (over 70%) and or cooler temp. may retard drying. Total WFT to be 30-35 mils

Bubble guard board has triple layers of virgin polypropylene sheets with plain layers on either sides and a middle core layer having thermoformed bubbles/cones.
