Minar latex is specially modified polymer latex to enhance performance of cement and mortar. It provides excellent adhesion with waterproofing property to the cement slurry and plaster mortar. It is suitable for internal as well as external uses

Waterproof coat *Plaster / rendering *Concrete repair

Features:
  • To increase bonding as well as waterproofing for plaster and repair mortar.
  • Provides elasticity to the cement slurry which can be used as crack filling.
  • For pointing, and patch work of concrete.
  • Diluted latex can be used as primer
