Quick frozen Choliya are the product prepared from fresh clean, sound whole immature seed of peas depoded which have been washed, sufficiently blanched to ensure adequate stability of colour and flavour and freeze.
IQF Sweet Corn Kernels are prepared by an appropriate freezing process. To give free flowing kernels from clean, sound, mature cobs produced from the Sweet Corn Plant.
Recipe Ingredients:1/3 cup olive oil, 2 table spoon fresh lemon juice1 table spoon mustard, 500 g chick peas2 cups of sliced spinach, salt, black pepper, Red pepper and cheese
Method:Mix the all above ingredients in a salad bowl, Mix them properly and serve
