The main focus of the book is upon consciously and proactively serving those in need, be they of any colour, creed or religion. In fact Islam admonishes those who fail to see and address the needs of the poor, weak, elderly, oppressed, orphans, widows, refugees, travellers and prisoners. Islam does not differentiate between Muslims or non-Muslims in this regard but treats it as it should be; a humanitarian issue which should be dealt with humanely without any prejudices or hatred surfacing or dictating the course of assistance, help or aid.

This book is an exposition of the doctrine of tawhid. It provides a thorough explanation of the doctrine, in a straight forward and accessible manner, connecting the reader to the Qur'an and hadith. This book provides unique insights to the exposition, giving new perspectives which meet the requirements of the age. The first volume of this book clarifies certain misconceptions on matters relating to tawhid and shirk. It provides a thorough analysis of the difference between veneration and worship.
The doctrine of tawassul (intermediation) is one of the most contested creedal issues of our time. There is no disagreement on using one's righteous deeds as a means of approach as it is unanimously agreed upon by every school of thought. However, in the contemporary era, an objection is being raised over the permissibility of taking the Prophets, Saints and righteous as a means of approach — despite the fact majority of the Imams are in agreement on its legality. To make matters worse, the minority raising this objection is falsely accusing the majority of committing shirk on account of this acceptable practice. With such a backdrop, the author, his eminence, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has compiled this book, citing the practice and statements of 93 authoritative scholars from the generation of the Companions to the present day. In doing so, the author shows the unity of thought and the uninterrupted practice of the Umma with regards to the permissibility of adopting the Prophets, Saints and righteous as a means of approach.
This book Muhammad The Merciful shows how in spite of immense hardships and painful ordeals, the mercy and compassion of the Prophet (peace be upon him) remained to the fore, even towards those who opposed and persecuted him. For Muslims, this book will be a means to celebrate the magnanimous personality of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and an incentive to instil the great qualities of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in their own lives, while non-Muslims and academics will discover how these qualities as described in the Islamic literature have caused the Prophet (peace be upon him) to occupy his preeminent position in the religious consciousness of Muslims.
The expression of happiness and gratitude felt by the Umma for this blessing manifested itself as an act of commemoration, which marked the 12th of Rabil Awwai as the day of the Prophet's 34, birth. This act of commemoration spread far and wide across the Muslim world, and it was unanimously accepted by the eminent authorities of Islam. In this book, which is the third instalment of 'The Imams and Hadith Scholars Series', his eminence, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qpidri, has documented this acceptance. He has compiled the verdicts of the classical scholars on this issue and has proven that the great luminaries of Islam accepted this celebration and authored books in its favour.
Fatima is the leader of all the women in paradise" are the words of the Last Messenger of God, Muhammad (peace be upon him). Indeed the special place she held in her Father's heart and the noble and courageous life that she led combined with her spiritual eminence made her one of the greatest women that have ever lived. This book is a collection of authentic hadith that describe Lady Fatima's supreme spiritual status and the special place that she held with the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), as well narrations describing the special status awarded to her husband Ali and her sons, Hasan and Hussain.

Dr. Qadri explains the creation of man in four interrelated perspectives. First of all, he compares and contrasts human knowledge with divine knowledge While human knowledge is unpredictable divine knowledge is definite and free from error, and the development of human knowledge ultimately attests to the divine truth. This is self-evidently reflected in the most advanced biological findings which endorse the truth of the Qur'anic statements about the creation and evolution of man, and indirectly asserts the wisdom, benevolence and authority of the creator.

This book is the first in 'The Imams and Hadith Scholars Series', which aims to survey the verdicts of the scholars on the concept of innovation (bid' a) according to the Sharia. The statements of 45 Imams have been provided, presented in chronological order. By taking this approach, the author, his eminence, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qdri, has shown that from the time of the Pious Predecessors to the current age, the Imams and Hadith Scholars have consistently stated not all innovations are condemned and rejected outright. Rather, only those innovations that contradict the Qur'an and Sunna and do not have a basis in the Sharia are rejected. what is more, the author has splendidly shown in this constructive and resourceful book that despite the differences in terminology and wordings, virtually all the scholars agreed with one another with regards to the division of bid' a into two principal kinds: one kind that is accepted by the Sharia and the other that is not.

About the Series
The Imams and Hadith Scholars Series is an original contribution to the Islamic literary corpus: it draws upon the mainstream, orthodox understanding of Sunni Islam, showing the continuity and consistency of the scholarly verdicts issued by its eminent authorities. This series deals with disputed matters that have become fault lines of contention in the contemporary age, such as bid a, tawassul and Mawlid al-Nabi. By taking the verdicts of the Imams and Hadith Scholars chronologically, the series allows one to look at these issues from an historical angle and thus trace the development of the census held by the scholars. In this way, this series is an important facilitator for the carnest seeker to determine where the truth lays. The significance of these books therefore, cannot be overstated. Through the sincerity of this endeavour, we pray to Allah that the vociferous sectarianism that has blighted Muslim unity in our age can be curtailed, and some semblance of unity can be achieved
