The spring operated reels are cpmstructed from one piece heavy gauge drum halves to give maximum mechanical strength and are supplied with a robust roller guide and stopcatch to relieve tension.

"MITOOL" Makes stall torque motor operated automatic motorized cable reeling drums suitable for handling lengths of cables in excess of those which can be handled by a conventional spring operated types. The torque motors are capable of operating continuously in the stalled position or of being rotated against normal phase rotation. In other word acting like a spring of infinite length. The drive to the reel is by means of chains & sprockets according to requirements. These units are specially supplying power to traveling cranes.
