Vibrating Screen is one of the essential accessory equipment used in packing line, for instance in cement packing plant it is used for separating nibs, lumps and foreign materials from cement powder so that only cement powder is passed on to the packer. Our Vibrating Screen vibrates at the amplitude of 4-6 mm through the shaft with counter weight, which is driven through a ‘V’ pulley system and electric motor. The amplitude can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the counter weight. Due to the 6º inclination of screen and vibration of its screen deck they travel and come out of the reject funnel where they get collected. The design capacity for material handling is 50-300 TPH.
