Lump Crusher that we provide is used for crushing the cement lumps at the time of extraction that are formed inside the cement silo during storage. It conveys the material to flow control gate so that the free flow of material is ensured in the system. Our Lump Crusher is driven by an ample rated gear motor through drive & driven shafts, which have profiled plates, assembled on them & crush the lumps during rotation. Movement of material is enhanced by fluidizing the cement through bottom chamber in our Lump Crusher.

We offer Flat Bottom Silo Extraction System that is used as storage silo in numerous industries. Our Flat Bottom Silo Extraction System is efficient in discharging the material smoothly through pneumatically aeration system and conveying the cement through pneumatic conveying systems. Designed with utmost precision, the Silo bottom is covered with fluid slides (open air slides) that are able to carry heavy loads. The aeration bottom is divided into section / sectors with discharge and flow control equipments. Single stage rotary piston roots blower are used for silo aeration system, roots blower with low differential pressure, oil free air supplied to aeration units of the silo bottom, the blowers are air cooled. The number of discharge section designed as per the silo diameter and silo discharge capacity.  It features fluid slide (Open air slide) that is covered with special synthetic fabric which is resistant against rotting and termite proof. Temperature load can be as high as 180deg.C, for the standard material.
