Epoxy resin heating plates have excellent insulation and voltage resistance (can withstand DC>10KV high voltage), thermal conductivity, excellent resistance stability, puncture resistance, waterproof, moisture-proof, and flame-retardant properties. They have good preheating, heating, and heat preservation properties in fields such as new energy battery packs, medical instruments, and industrial machinery, and are superior to traditional PTC, silicone, and polyimide heating plates. Currently, epoxy heating plates are widely used for heating power batteries in new energy vehicles.
