Constructional Features Of Precision Lathe Machine

• Headstock : The flat seat of the headstock is perfectly aligned over bed through accurate hand scrapping. High carbon steel spindle is designed to rotate on the cylindrical precision split variety, Grade I composed Gun Metal bushes at the front and back to ensure right balancing and flawless operation.
• Carriage : The well designed and sturdy carriage is equipped with long and well strapped sliding surfaces. The square shaped cross slides enhance the strength of the cut of the machine.
• Tailstock : The strong and sturdy tailstock is equipped with set over motion for taper turning. The thick quill has proper graduations.
