We have vast range of multipurpose subrack (card frame) made of suitable grade aluminium extrusions (rails) and high grade aluminium sheets. our subracks have been designed in a way to meet precision and stability suitable for critical applications of the product. bom of standard subrack: side panels: 2 nosfront extrusions: 2 nosrear extrusions: 2 nos19 mounting extrusions (side angles): 2 noshardware setstandard configuration available: width (in hp): 21, 28, 42, 63, & 84 depth (in mm): 182, 242, 302 & 362 heights (in u): 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6side plates: standard versions are pre-punched mounting holes at a pitch of 15mm giving the user more flexibility (this enables mounting of additional aluminium extrusions as and when required). it also has half shear to provide easy and faster assembly of extrusions in the side plate.The standard subrack comes with front extrusions (suitable for mounting front or facia panels), rear extrusions (suitable for mounting vme motherboard) having groove for threaded inserts (strips). these front & rear extrusions are mounted using dual screws on either side to ensure strength and proper alignment.
