The V Carrying Idler, offered by us, is used to carry or convey conveyor belt loaded with bulk material. Our V Carrying Idler is fabricated from different materials such as heavy guage steel tubing or seamless steel tubing, depending upon the requirement and their applications. Our V Carrying Idler is specially designed to provide smooth transition of bulk material for long period of time and is available with impact rings made of special shock absorbing compound. Troughing idlers are use for conveying bulk materials, and are designed and manufactured with troughing angels of 20° and 30° normally. Idlers of 45° trough angle or any other angle are also manufactured as per customer's design and drawings.
