Mr Plasto Ready Mix Plaster is especially made to give a superior finish to the walls. A premix single application plaster, it is made to improve the performance and workability. Mr Plasto ready mix plaster works effectively on both even and uneven backgrounds, which means that this ready mix can be used for both fine surface finishing and thick base plastering as per the requirements. Mr Plasto Ready Mix Plaster made by Sand(Bajri) & Cement Ratio 5:1.

Preparation & Application

• The application surface should be rigid, and free from oil, grease, paint or any other dirt particles.
• Dampen the wall before application of plaster.
• Pour 6-7 liters of potable water in a clean container and then add 1 bag (40 kg) of MR PLASTO Ready Mix Plaster.
• It can be mixed by hand. Use of mechanical mixer or electrical stirrer is recommended for better results.
• Mixing should be done for 5- 10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment.
• Leave the mix to slake for 5- 10 min and remix before use.
• The mixture should be applied within one hour of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it's recommended that the surface is made rough for better sticking of the plaster layer.
• In normal weather, Mr PLASTO Ready Mix Plaster doesn't need watering for the first 24 hours. After the plaster is completely dry, curing should be done 2 - 3 times for 2 - 3 days. In abnormal weather conditions, curing for 5-7 days is required

The major test is the calcium cooking process wherein each droplet of pure calcium sulphate is boiled at a predetermined temperature and the silica is separated. It makes Mr Plasto shrink less or crack less after drying. Mr Plasto P.O.P. covers more area with less material & after settling becomes strong thus it increases its longevity. Mr Plasto Plaster of Paris  is produced with isothermic micronic process, at predetermined temperature and controlled moisture.

Mr Plasto Pop Prepartion & Application

• The background to be plastered should be free from dust & loose mortar.
• For higher coverage pre wetting of background is recommended.
• For plaster mix, add gypsum to water not vice versa & water to MR PLASTO ratio should be 1:1.5.
• Stir the mixer with a mixing rod thoroughly.
• Prepare plaster mix which should not last more than 15 minutes.
• Do not mix additional dry material once the mix begins to set.
• A single coat should not exceed 13 mm, if more than 13 mm thickness desired than it can be done after drying of first layer.
• To enhance the workability plaster spray machine can be used.
