MARGO FASTNERS was started way back in 1956. Mr. Gurbachan Singh Luthra, the founder, began with a single hand held moulding machine for producing the handle grip in a small shed. He worked throughout the night in the shed with the moulding machine. In the morning he would tie the grips he made in the night behind his bicycle and peddle them in the market.

With the founder’s zest and hard work, the company progressed steadily and is now one of the leading plastic moulding companies in India. Today the company is managed by Mr. Gurbachan Singh Luthra, his son Mr. Virender Singh Luthra and his grandson Mr. Sumeet Singh Luthra. The company takes pride in prompt delivery and provides an efficient and unmatched service to the clients. The company employs a team of fully trained professionals and has in-house Tool Development and Designing facilities. Use of up-to-date techniques of production ensures high quality products. Each product also goes through stringent quality checks before delivery.

The company is a major supplier of original equipment (O.E.) to Hero Cycles Limited, T.I. Cycles of India, Avon Cycles Limited, Atlas Cycles Industries Limited and others.

The company manufactures high quality products under the “PLATO” brand. These products are exported both directly and indirectly to the Far East, the Middle East and many other countries including Nigeria and South Africa.
