Desiccated Coconut from Indonesia contains about 65% (D.W.B) and 0.15% max FFA (as Oleie Acid). The maximum moisture content in it is 3.0%. It is white in colour and is free from yellow specks and other discoloration. Desiccated Coconut contains high fat content of fine to medium grade, size ranging from 1-3mm.
