The Horizontal wheat Scourer from Mukul has been engineered to provide a through scouring and impaction effect on wheat. The machine will effectively remove outer husks and crease dirt by intense scouring action and will recduce and remove through sieve apartures and mudballs, friable seed impurities and insects fragments by impaction. The Mukul Scourer will break the weaker, insect-damaged kernels and effectively eliminate them. The Mukul Scourer effectively reduce ash and micro-organism contents of the final products milled from wheat.
The Mukul Scourer machine is made of steel plate. The cylinder is made of wiremesh sheet. The rotor is provided with steel beater. The impurity is collected through worm. The Mukul Scourer is designed to be connected to the central exhausting system. All shaft run in anti-friction bearing.
