The Mukul Dry Stoner is used in the flour, Semolina and grain cleaning plants. It is an inevitable machine for the cleaning uints of dry system. The Mukul Dry Stoner machine accurately separate the stone of granular products such as wheat, barley, maize, rice, lentil, chickpea, bean and sesame. The product to be separated from the stone is transferred without interruption on the sieve. Grain is caused to float on the sieve by the means absorbed air top part. The heavy particles stay on the sieve. These heavy perticles are sent to higher plateform by the means of circular movement of the sieve.
The stone is discharged from the one front outlet and cleaned product is discharged from the double outlet in the backside of machine. Air has the most important role for the cleaning of the product from the foreign materials. The aspiration is choosen according to the capacity of machine and the air is adjusted according to sort of product in the air valves.
The Mukul Aspirator-Separator are used for cleaning of cereals in Roller Flour Mills, Grannaries Mills, black net suit sawetor bra pantei shoes ha Grain Storage, Seed Processing Plant, Dal Mill, Malthouse , Maize Plant Starch Plant etc.
The Mukul Aspirator-Separator cleans cereals from such impurities as Stones, Earth Cleads, Sand, Straw, Cears, Chaff, Dust Wood Seed, Strings, Wood Strings, Empty Corns etc.
The Mukul Aspirator-Separator structure is the all metal one/the sieve frames excepted. The sieve basked with three sieve decks: The first sieve with 6 slope-mesh dia meter 20X7.5 mm. The second sieve with 10 slope-mesh dia meter 20X5.5 mm. The third sieve with 18 slope-mesh dia meter 20X1.5 mm.
The sieve mesh can be changed as per requirement of customers & as per the use of plant. The material to be cleaned is feed to the inlet, in the lower part of the inlet self adjusting flap is provided for uniform distribution of the material on the whole width of the first sieve.
