resin bonded fiber glass filter cartridge (rbc) designed to effectively remove solids, gels, and other deformable contaminants from most industrial liquids. Rbc filter have an extremely rigid pore structure which allows the filter to withstand extremes of viscosity and temperature without compression or collapse. The graded density construction enables the cartridge to trap coarser particles near its outer surface, while finer particles are trapped nearer the core, the addition of grooved greatly increases the cartridge surface area, thereby extending even further the superior service life of the resin bonded filter.

Polypropylene Wound Filter Cartridges are designed to meet the requirement of true depth filtration. These filters are manufactured using continuous winding Process where micron ratings are controlled carefully. The precise winding pattern defines micron ratings and result in to high dirt holding capacity and excellent filtration efficiency. Selection of filter media and manufacturing process ensure the low media migration and consistence performance of filter. Filters are manufactured using only Virgin Yarn and filter cores. They are most economical, efficient and fit to most standard filter housings. Varieties of filter media (yarn) availability enlarge the application area of wound filter cartridge. Polypropylene wound filters perform excellently against acids and alkalis. Wound filters are commonly used as pre-filters.

Melt Blown Spun filter cartridges are made from 100% polypropylene fibres. These filters are manufactured through a process that thermally bonds pure Polypropylene microfibers with lower density at the outside surface and progressively higher density toward the centre. Due to its gradient density, filters are excellent depth filters. This fully automated manufacturing process assures consistent quality filter to filter. The uniform space of fibres achieves an excellent filtering effect. As the filter cartridge is only made of polypropylene the resistance to chemical reagents for both organic solvent and inorganic solvent are good.
