The RLA studies for life extension of plant and machinery help to decide whether the plant and machinery are safe for continued usage after supplier guarantee period is over and if so for how long. This is very important for management to decide when to replace plant and machinery involving huge investment. We carry out scientific studies by replica microstructure studies on critical portion of machinery and evaluate risk levels for life extension. We also provide solutions on possible rectifications to extend life.
