Generally used in shapes of Bushes & Plates, phosphorous bronze is the best materials for Bushes from which machines, rollers & Shafts run. Available in 88102, & 9010 Grades as per BS 1400, best to use & long lasting.Special oil grooves are done inside the Bush for Oil Grooves to pass through.Sand Casting, Shell Casting, & Centrifugal die Castings process are there to manufacture the Bush.We undertake casting upto 1500 Kgs in single piece.Copper, Tin, Phosperous & Nickel are the main constituents of the materials.CNC Machining facility is available with us.Radiography Testing facility is available.

White Metal as per IS 2500.Often known as Anti-Friction bearing Alloys to babbit white metal on Shafts, Rollers, bearings Etc.We also undertake the total work of supplying as well as babbiting on turbines, bushes, bearings etc.White metal is generally composed by Tin, Copper & Other Alloys.Grades - 40, 60, 80, 84, 90 are available generally ( Others can be manufactured on request).
