Our offered Product range includes Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder and Dry Mango Powder.
Black Pepper Powder is finely ground, highly pleasant smelling and being accepted for its superb flavour and bite. Ground black pepper is used in place of peppercorns, to use it, simply use ¼ teaspoon ground pepper for every teaspoon of peppercorn.
Cumin powder, popularly known as ground cumin or jeera powder is an essential spice powder, prepared by grinding cumin seeds. Cumin Seeds are commonly added in oil/ ghee for tempering in cumin rice, dals, curries and stews.
Dry Mango Powder also called Amchur powder is made from keri/kairi(raw unripe mangoes). It is commonly used for flavouring, soups, chutneys, curries and marinades. It is commonly used as souring agent like tamarind and has softening qualities like lime juice.
