The numerous advantages of using paper pallets are :

• Reduces deforestation, no usage of fossils, virgin raw material not ozone depleting material.
• They weigh from 8-12 kg depending on size and design. They are lighter than wooden pallets, which weighs from 20 - 40 kg and metal pallets, which weigh more than 50 kg.
• Savings on disposing, as paper pallets can be recycled unlike wooden, plastic or metal which has to be scrapped once damaged.
• Neither fumigation nor heat treatment required

• Process and documentation for fumigation can take from 3 days to a week.
• Load ability - can withstand up to 4 tons of load depending on size and design.
• Load ability into containers - CKD (completely knocked down) panels enable more quantity to be loaded into containers for shipment. Basic instruction manuals for 'tooth & groove' assembly for DIY (do it yourself) will be enclosed.
