Web Visitor Management System (Web VMS) is a system that helps to keeps track of all incoming and outgoing visitors or contractors on a daily basis to further maintain security within the area of responsibility. It is a web based system which enabled user to access the system anytime and anywhere as long there is internet connectivity. This System comes with various features for both Management and User convenience. With enhanced feature such as Pre-arrival Notification function, it simplified the tedious steps for the host to inform the security about the visitation of visitor. Host just need to fill in some information about the up coming visitation in the system and these details will be displayed directly to the security as to inform the security about the up coming visitation of the visitor.
