Water Bath Incubator Shaker

A constant temperature as well as uniform shaking bath for a wide varieties of applications not involving memo metric measurement such as incubation of Tissue slides and homogenates, protein coagulation, aerobic and anaerobic studies of Tissue Slices and homogenates it atmosphere of various gases or mixture of gases. The bath is double walled inside made of Stainless Steel and outside Mild Steel Sheet and painted in Epoxy Powder Coating. The bath has an oscillating tray riding on ball rollers and oscillated by a Governor controlled variable speed motor, shaking speed range is 40 to 140 cycles per minute.

The temperature is controlled by Hydraulic type Thermostat from few C above ambient to 70 C with maximum temperature 100 C. sensitivity plus minus 0.5 C. A "L" shape thermometer mounted on front panel is calibrated from 0 C to 110 C. in one degree division.

Unitized controlled panel has individual switches for heater's knob reference dial for repeat thermostat setting, control of shaking speed and two pilot lights which indicate heater cycle as well as mains, with 1000 watts immersion element. The bath is complete with one shaking tray, one large gabble cover made of Stainless Steel for overall bath, connecting cord plug for operation on 220/230 volts but without racks and glassware.

Super Deluxe Model Water Bath Incubator Shaker

The temperature is controlled by Electronic Digital Temperature Controller cum Indicator from few degree above ambient to 70 C with maximum temperature 100 C. sensitivity plus minus 0.5 C.

Shaking rack & its Capacity to accommodate as above.

Option:Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, Pv error indicator, parameter for locking etc.

Alarm:It is possible to provide electronic alarm, if temperature deviates more than 5 C to cost extra.
