Construction:
This is double walled cabinet insulated with 75 mm by puff. between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber made of mild steel and furnished in durable white enamel paint. The inner chamber made of anodized aluminium with shelf supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacing.

Each chamber has 14 trays. Totally 28 multi perforated aluminium trays of size 430x480MM each all having 57500 SQ-CM-approx. of testing area. The distance between the tray is 4 CM. Both chamber have full view acrylic door which allows inspections of sample without disturbing temp. of working chamber. Outer double walled metel door with lock and key. A push type switch for illumination lamp is provided in each chamber of inspection of the samples during high condensation cabinet is mounted on caster.
Water Reservoir For Humidity:-Each chamber has stainless steel water reservoir at the bottom and water is heated by low wattage immersion heater which assures to maintain. The humidity from 90 to 95% +/- 3% ( non- adjustable) and to be maintained at this level. Humidity shall be controlled by Micro processed temp. & RH controller temp. accuracy 1 C & RH Accuracy 5 C . Each water reservoir has constant water level arrangement with two no. brass nozzle, one for inlet and other for outlet and a brass drain plug is also provided.
Temperature:- Temp. in both chambers is controlled by a Digital temperature indicator cum controller from in the variation of plus minus 1 deg.c. at any temp. between 5 to 60 deg, c at normal ambient temp. in which chamber is fitted with refrigeration system. In the other chamber, temp. can be maintained from few deg. Above ambient to 50 deg.c. The cooling chamber is provided with a selected switch to operate the unit either above or below ambient temp. desired.
Cooling System:-One chamber has cooling system by a heavy duty sealed compressor with all accessories and also a fan cooled condensor are fitted at the bottom exactly below the working chamber. Copper cooling coil is fitted at the back of inside chamber.
Air Circulating:-Each chamber has separate air circulation by FH Motor with ample provision for an even distribution of air by a fan which assures uniformity of temp. throughout the chamber.
Control Panel:-Control Panel is given at the top of chamber having ON-OFF switch three indicators for main cooling and heating , temp. setting knob which is graduated in the centigrade from 5 to 50 deg.c volt meter in cooling chamber prismatic Digital Temp. Indicator graduated from 0-50 deg.c., to work on 220/230 Volt 50 cycles A.C only.

SGA-2 Specifications as above but provided with heating & cooling in both thechambers from 5 deg.c. To 50 deg.c in bothe chamber instead of one forheating and another one for cooling.
SGA-3 Interior chamber & shelfs made of stainless steelIn both the chambers instead of anodized Aluminium shall cost Extra.
SGA-4 Seed Germinator with two sides lighting arrangement & two nos. 0-24 hourtimer at an extra cost
Alarm:It is possible to provide electronic alarm if, temperature deviates more than 2 C and RH 5% to cost extra.
These work stations are used for examination specimens in pathology department, Powerful blowers sucks out the contaminated air and formalin vapor from the worktable.It is made of high qualities stainless steel sheet. Negative pressure of work station in maintained by highly efficient centrifugal blower. Work area is illuminated by fluorescent light. UV germicidal light is also fitted in this area. This grossing table is supplied with magnifying glass, magnetic instrument holder light flexible arms. paper towel holder, Polypropylene cutting board, sink and mixer tap for hot and cold water, sprinklet system, adjustable valve for bath sanitation located below the perforated working plates storage compartment under table, waste bin and a small weighing scale.
Side window & are made of poly carbonates which may be taken out to clean it
NSW walk in chamber are designed for simulating, monitoring to control environmental conditions. These chambers are double walled and modular in construction, easy to assumable at site. Size of chamber can be made as per customer requirement. Air circulation is made to create uniform temperature under RH inside.
Construction:Double wall prefabricated modular panels with PUF insulation. In GIMP model we shall provide inside 316 qlty. stainless steel cuter 304 qlty. Refrigeration system with spit type condensing Unit having (CFC free refrigerant) are placed outside the laboratory area Heating system consists of SS tubular heaters. Humidity inside the chamber is created by steam injection - Boiler and water reservoir made of stainless steel with heater with low water cut off. These chambers are designed as per ICH guidelines to meet WHO and USFD A specifications.
