Consisting of pressure part constructed with Shell, Furnace, Wrapper drum, Smoke tubes and stay bars which is liberally designed, rugged construction, horizontal packaged smoke cum water tube, membrane panel type 2 pass, fusion welded construction of class I Boiler. Which are X-rayed, stress relived, hydraulically tested and inspected in accordance with latest amended standards of IBR 1950. Complete pressure parts are insulated with high-density LRB sheet and claded in Al. sheet and duly painted. Boiler is directly welded to a sturdy MS Base frame
