How it works?

The Polyurethane Foam or "PUF" System is spray applied as a hot liquid that actually bonds with the surface it's being sprayed to. The urethane expands and hardens after it's been sprayed down giving you a completely seamless surface. The urethane is then coated with at least two layers of electrometric coating to protect it from the ultra-violet rays of the sun.

NATARAJ INSULATION Manufactures and Supplies Insulation Mattress that is LRB wired mattresses conforming to IS 8183, ASTM C - 553, C - 592 and BS- 3958 part 3. Our range of Insulation Mattress has service temperature as high as 750° C when tested in accordance with IS 8183.

Fire-Safety :

• Non-combustible when tested in accordance with BS - 476 part - 4 and ASTM E â 136
• Class1 when tested in accordance with BS - 476 parts 7, (ASTM E- 84)

Facing :

• LRB wired mattresses available with wired mesh on one or both sides in SS or GI.

Moisture :
