Polymide Tape, based on Polymide Film, is coated with Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive and baked at High Temperature. Polyimide Tape is also well known as Kapton Tape. Polymide Tapes are available in both Single Side Adhesive and Double Side Adhesive. Its dimensionally stable at high temperatures, which prevents rework, enabling high productivity. Silicone adhesives high temperature performance reduces adhesive transfer which helps to eliminatecleaning.
