Polymide Tape, based on Polymide Film, is coated with Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive and baked at High Temperature. Polyimide Tape is also well known as Kapton Tape. Polymide Tapes are available in both Single Side Adhesive and Double Side Adhesive. It’s dimensionally stable at high temperatures, which prevents rework, enabling high productivity. Silicone adhesives high temperature performance reduces adhesive transfer which helps to eliminate cleaning.

INSUTEC - Velcro Fire Sleeve is easy and flexible for installation on the hoses, pipes, wires and cables, especially the non-detachable ones. There is no need to disassemble the hoses or cables during installation. Manufactured with High-grade Fiberglass, Silicone rubber and Velcro, it is a good choice to protect hoses, pipes, wires and cables from hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, fuels, etc., and allowing “bundling” of wires, hoses, and cables. The thick formulation of silicone rubber sheds molten splash, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination.

This Cord consists of fiberglass yarn core with a fiberglass braided jacket to form an exact diameter for controlled compression seals. Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Sheets is a laminated material madeby hot pressing of cotton cloths impregnated with a thermosetting phenol-formaldehyde-based binder.
Bakelite sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of cotton cloth impregnated with Phenolic Resin (synthetic Resin). When heat and pressure are applied to the layers, a chemical reaction (polymerization) transforms the layers into a high- pressure thermosetting industrial laminated plastic.
Due to the use of cotton cloths, the phenolic cotton cloth mixture hashigh compression strength and increased resilience, favorably lends itself to machining by drilling, cutting and forging. That is why the phenolic epoxy resin cotton cloth laminated sheets are widely used to make parts loaded with reversed electrical and mechanical stresses or working under friction (bushings, cams, etc.).
BAKELITE sheet is also known as Hylam sheet, Tufnol sheet, Norplex Sheet, Micarta Sheet, Synthetic Resin Bonded Paper Base Sheet (SRBP), Phenolic Sheet, Fabric Sheet, Laminated Sheet, SyntheticResin Bonded Fabric Base Sheet (SRBF).
Magnetic Sheet is a magnetic laminate that consists of glass cloth, iron powder, and an epoxy-based resin system. It possesses excellent magnetic conductivity combined with high mechanical strength.

Kevlar Braided Sleeve is made of 100% aramid fiber, with excellent thermal stability and outstanding tensile strength. It offers good chemical resistance and heat resistance and has no melting point, which protects your cables and hoses in the most extreme environments. This sleeve is soft like cloth, allowing an unlimited range of movement, yet it is highly cut-resistant, up to 20 times stronger than steel, especially suited where the hose/wires are in contact with sharp edges.

Sleeve is degraded by ultraviolet light. Do not store in direct sunlight. Fluorescent lighting will cause discoloration, but will not affect fiber mechanical properties. All hygiene and safety standards should be followed while using.

Polymide Film is a lightweight, flexible polymer based material that has excellent heat and chemical resistant properties. Polyimide Film is also well known as Kapton Polyimide Film. Polyimide films are used in applications where reliable, durable performance is required, often in harsh environments. In addition to excellent heat resistance properties, polyimide film also has excellent dielectric properties. Typical applications for polyimide film include multi-layer insulation blankets for space, flexible electronics, tapes, and various other high heat applications.

Silicone Coated Fiberglass Tape is made of bulk fiberglass with silicone rubber coating. It can protect hoses, wires winding. Also, it can be installed in situations where tubular Fire Sleeve cannot be used, and when hoses, wires and cables cannot be disconnected and cables from the hazards of high temperature and occasional flame. When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber coating transforms to a crust, creating a protective SiO2 refractory layer. HT Silica Sleeve is braided from pure silica fiber (SiO2 content 96%), it is able to withstand continuous temperature of 1000C and short-term exposure up to 1650C, while it remains with minimum lineal shrinkage under extreme heat conditions. Silica Sleeve protects hose, cables, tubes and wires from hazards of extreme high heat, frame and molten splashes. Resistant to common chemicals and solvents, this high temperature silica sleeve can be cut easily with scissors and expands to allow effortless installation.

Aluminium Coated Fiberglass Sleeve / Heat Reflecting Sleeve isconstructed from a high-temperature fine braided fiberglass yarn, which is then coated with highly-reflective aluminium foil. The sleevereflects more than 90% of the radiant heat that hits its surface, keepingthe underlying cables, hoses and wires cool. The aluminium layer doesnot delaminate from the fiberglass substrate, even under the most extreme heat conditions. It is the perfect option for protecting cables and hoses against radiant heat from infrared sources such as super-hot metal slabs, proximity to liquid metal, open flame/plasma or engineexhaust manifolds.
Nylon Braided Sleeving is a tightly woven sheathing which provides exceptional abrasion resistance in situations where cables and hosesare exposed to excessive wear and tear, such as cable assemblies andautomotive applications.
This Nylon sleeve is manufactured from Nylon6-6polyamide monofilaments; the finished product is a sleeving with smooth fibers that help significantly reduce the damage to hoses and cables that arecreating friction on the inside of the sleeving.

Silica Fiber Tape consists of pure silica fiber and has outstanding electrical isolation, low thermal conductivity, and low thermal shrinking rate. Silica Tape is made by Silica fiber, contains more than 96% pure SiO2. Silica Tapes are available with pressure sensitive adhesive to facilitate wrapping and installations. Upon exposure to the service temperatures that justify the selection of silica materials, the organic decomposes.
The high flexibility and tensile strength of silica fiber tape render the installation to be fantastically convenient and can be suitable for nearly every application environment.
High Temperature Woven Silica Tape retain strength and flexibility in insulation applications at 1000C. When spirally wrapped over pipes, hoses or cables, they offer protection against molten metal or extreme radiant heat.
