The Machine is best suited to boil milk without any manual stirring required. Boils 80 Litres in 20-25 Minutes leaving no burnt smell and redness in colour. Finishes smooth White mawa of 20 Litres in 18 Minutes and Red Mawa of 25 Litres in 35 Minutes. Prepares special cream used to put on Chena items within 15 Minutes. Prepares Pedda of 80 Litres milk in 150 Minutes.
