wide experience has enabled us to offer newly designed 'ne' series machines. These machines are equipped with compact geared type feeding system. Thousands of our 'n series machines are satisfactorily working in our country as well as abroad. Like our earlier 'n' series machines, these machines are capable of producing different types of nail heads and points.
DRIVE:
Keeping in view to-day's technology, our machines are equipped with well proven 3 shaft system. The main shaft controls Heading, while two side shafts control Grapping, Cutting operations and nail length operation, through gears, which ensures the accident-free motions.
WIRE FEED:
The wire is feed through connecting-rod. The setting of the desired length obtained quickly and easily.
PHOSPHORUS BRONZE:
The bush are made from Phosphorus Bronze and are of ample dimensions. While manufacturing, care has been taken and provided with continuous approach of oil which ensures the smooth running and long life.
Phosphorus Bronze containing Copper - 87 % , Tin - 12 % & Remaning Others etc. which ensures the smooth running and long lasting.
TOOLS:
The setting of the machine is made very easy and less time consuming; even unskilled operators are able to handle the machines without difficulty after a short time observation. Their special feature is round type Gripping dies which gives 8/10 times the service of common flat dies normally used in similar machines.
CRANK SHAFTS:
The main crank is counter-balanced and runs in 4 bush in oil bath chamber. Even smooth running and equal distribution of loads ensure long life.
LUBRICATION:
The bevel gears and the crank shafts are totally enclosed in oil chamber and require no attention, except periodical checks.

The main body with base is of close grain Cast Iron construction and generally built with spaced walls and ribs to ensure proper alignment and rigidity. Drawing block is made of specially Graded Casting, hard Metalised and Ground at wire line to increase abrasion resistance. Gear of Phosphorous Bronze and Worm is High Carbon Steel immersed in oil bath reservoir in the body of the machine to absorb its heat of action while in load to maintain a longlife of gear set. Shafts and worm are fitted with extremely heavy duty Ball and Roller Bearing. Oil seals are provided where necessary. Die and Block are water cooled, arrangemehts of water circulation fitted inner side of the drum for cooling the drum and intensive water cooling arrangement provided for the Die box to ensure life of dies.The machine is supplied with guards. |
Wire Pointing Machine is suitable for the pointing of different types of materials i. e. M. S. High Carbon, Aluminium, Copper etc. The machine is mounted on fabricated frame travelling on Wheels and therefore, suitable to serve several drawing machine.
The pointing rolls working on principle of rolling are both driven by power and by hand. The pointing rolls are made ofEN-31 and ground finished.
