NEOPROOF Thermal Insulation products are one part, cold applied, durable membrane coating. They are based on Synthetic Resins / Polymer either standalone or in combination along with special additives for enhancing solar reflectivity & weather durability. This range has products designed for 2 categories - 1) Thermal Insulation of HVAC Duct Asseembly. 2) Insulation of Roofs. The coating offers multipurpose features of Heat Reduction & Waterproofing in one shot. The products are tough, flexibile & possess superior UV resistance. The coating bonds excellently to most building material as well as materials used in HVAC Duct Assembly like mineral wool, glass fiber, Polystyrene and polyurethane foam. The Roof coating products being high on Solar Reflectivity, reflects most of Sun's heat back to atmosphere as such preventing thermal degradation of the coated substrates .

NEOCRETE range of BONDING AGENT products are specially designed, integral compounds used as additive for modified portland cement composition. Neocrete modified mortar has improved physical strength, superior adhesion to old concrete, masonry, brick and other surfaces. For meeting different needs of application grades based on: I) aqueous dispersion of Acrylic Polymer, II) carboxylated styrene butadiene co-polymer latex etc are available in this range. The products finds extensive use in building industry as an adhesive / additive to concrete & plasters / as an universal bonding agent / as a cementitious coating.
