Pillow tanks are known by numerous names like collapsible tanks, inflatable tanks, foldable tanks etc. These tanks are made using PVC reinforced membranes 630 GSM to 1100 GSM depending upon the capacity, dimensions and contents of the tanks. The PVC reinforced membranes are cut to the required sizes and thermo-welded by a specialized CNC machine imported from Germany & Sweden.
These tanks are highly useful for the temporary as well as permanent storage of raw water, drinking water , edible oil, diesel, petrol etc. We are supplying these tanks to Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home affairs, DRDO, National Disaster Management Authority, Municipal Corporations, UNO, NGOs etc. Apart from these, corporate, agriculture sectors are widely using these tanks.

Glass Fused to Steel Tanks (GFS) is also known as Glass Lined Steel (GLS) Tanks. The shell or the wall of the tank and roof sheets are made using a technique in which vitreous enamel when fired usually in the temperature range of 830-850 C, the coating reaches full mobility & viscosity and during this period, interaction between the glass and steel accelerates, an interfacial adhesion layer is formed and synthesis of the two materials takes place. Compared to other spray application methods, which often use inorganic clays to suspend the particles in water, enamel powder coating provides the proven optimal purity.
The Glass coating protects the base metal, which is hot rolled steel, from corrosion and also make it non-reactive to many liquid contents of the tanks. Our tanks are made with both side glass coated plates and the thickness of the glass layer varies in the range of 250-460 micron.
