This oven has the provision of double wall with an inner chamber made of aluminum sheet, outersurface made of mild steel, inished in silver gray hammer tone, with a gap of 2" between the wallsilled with special grade glass wool which helps proper insulation and avoids loss of energy. In theinner chamber 2 or 3 removable shelves are provided. The door is itted with heavy casted chromiumplated hinges with a spring and automatic roller to and fro latch.the temperature is controlled bygerman bimetallic thermostat working in the range of room temperature to 250 in the variation up tothe inner chamber is heated with the help of coil heaters. To control the electric heaters formaintaining low, medium and high range which is essential to maintain in the oven, an importedwattage controller has been provided. Working of the temperature control is indicated by the pilotlamp on the front with adjustable shutter near the top for air regulation.
