Details :

  • Specially designed for mining and plant vehicle wheel and under body washing.
  • It’s working with 600 to 800 Ipm water discharge 10 to 15 bar pressure.
  • Compact & robust MS structure with inbuilt nozzles.
  • Throw beam sensor for automation.
  • Fully automatic no man power is required.
  • Washing time 3 to 5 minutes .
  • Length of Ms structure 3 mtr and width 3.5 mtr.
  • High Pressure Spraying application mainly at vehicle wheel, bottom of chassis.
  • 1 No. MCC cum control panel to operate the automatic system.


Desing Philosphy :

  • Washing operation shall be activated automatically through beam sensor placed entry of the wheel washingramp and the washing will stop after 40 seconds automatically through delay timer.
  • Washing operation shall be activated manually also, however, at least 40 seconds before enter the vehicles, this system shall be operated through push bottom station manually and the spray will continue and stop after 40 seconds depending upon the requirement throw Delay timer.
  • This timing can be adjusted as per to suit to site requirement.
  • Pumping system shall discharge water continuously but the vehicle will discharge material as and when required, hence, the excess water on less demand will be returned to reverser through pressure relief valve.
