Newcore Global Pvt. Ltd Corporation used horizontal continuous casting production line to produce iron base bare rod. Sizes are available from 2.4-8mm (1 / 16 5/16). Applicable processes are including GTAW, PAW or OFW etc. The excellent hardness and strength property under normal and high temperature working conditions makes them wildly used in the pre-protection, repair and manufacture of these parts from industries where excellent resistance against high temperature, wearing, oxidation, thermal shock is required, industries are mainly including Auto Parts, Petroleum drill head, petrochemical industry, wood industry, Ecology, Aerospace and Nuclear industry etc.

The clad plate is combined and processed by the explosion welding, which is widely used in the construction and manufacturing of the pressure vessel, heat exchanger, reactor, various tanks, etc.
In order to get resistance to the corrosion, heat or wearing, the stainless steel (titanium, nickel & nickel alloy, copper & copper alloy, etc) cladding material is explosively welded to the relatively inexpensive carbon steel. One side has sufficient strength to the high pressure and the order side has excellent resistance performance to the heat and corrosion, what is more, the clad plate can decrease the constriction cost.
