Magnetic Separator is the most useful non-electric separator used for the separation of iron from non-magnetic materials processed in bulk quantity. the magnetic separators can be relied upon for the garnering of a pure end product, especially in the case of the metals having commercial value. the crushed material from roller crusher which is the mixture of both metals contaminants and sand contaminants are fed through the Wet Magnetic Separators. as the material passes evenly through the vibrating feeder, it falls over the drum where a powerful wet magnetic field attracts and holds the iron particles to the revolving shell. the sand contaminants, on the other hand, fall freely from the shell and iron particles are automatically discharged at the other end. the permanent magnets used in the magnetic separators are everlasting and their strength does not diminish during the normal use.
