The remarkable properties of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are well known, notably its low coefficient of friction, non stick surface characteristic, wide working temperature range from -180C to + 260C. Excellent weathering resistance and corrosion resistance. Expanded PTFE unsintered tape makes from pure PTFE. It has an expanded network composed of superfine fibers and joints. The combination of flexibility, high longitudinal strength, and easy deforming ability in the transverse direction makes expanded PTFE unsintered tape very suitable for packing and thread sealing applications. But it is not suitable for use in certain critical applications, for example when contact with high concentration of gaseous oxygen or liqud oxygen is involved.
PTFE gasket tape is a kind of dynamic seal. It is produced by braiding together, continuous tape of expanded PTFE. It has following qualities:

Features :PTFE adhesive tape is manufactured by PTFE high strength suspension resin. The skived PTFE tape is one side etched, and then coated with adhesive back and chipped to different sizes. It is anticorrosive, insulative and non ageing. PTFE Adhesive Tape is widely used in the fields that PVC not apply to.
Applications :Covers for high performance cables and wires; also covers for cables and wires in high qualified places like hotels, utptowns, big marketplaces, entertainment places and gymnasiums, etc; covers for cables and wires in open country; sealing for mechanical packers.
