The Nikotex, we offer, breaks up the molecular structure of any starch, used in paper & textile mills, thereby helping the mills technician to produce a better material at the factory itself & at an economical cost. Our Nikotex transforms the molecules of any starch in such a way that their capacity of absorption is at its maximum & gives a clear starch paste & superior material for sizing & finishing. Due to the fact that Nikotex solubilizes the starch itself, a better & economical utilization of the starch takes place. The Nikotex method of sizing has the following advantages, over anything that has been done in this direction in the past. Its simplicity is very hard to believe by a new user who is accustomed to long complicated formula & this is why Nikotex is being extensively used in many paper & textile industries. To get better sizing result it in necessary to solubilize the starch completely so that there are no unburst grains of starch.

Direction of trial :

• Put the entire required volume of water into the tank first do not start the agitator / stirrer & steam .
• Add Nikotex 1-2% on amount of starch by weight
• Turn on the stirret
• Add starch & other material & mix it properly
• Start the steam
• If there is opening tank system then bring the boiling & keep boiling for 4/5 minutes only after 80-98%
• The size mixture is ready

Storage & Handling :

• Always keep the cap closed after each withdrawal of material.
• Stable under normal condition
