We manufacture a wide range of foldable, collapsible PP Boxes which are designed to have various types of inbuilt locking mechanisms on top & bottom to fullfil the customer’s need and provide an optimal solution.
The lid of these boxes have two to three plugs & sockets for double locking mechanism and to enable the locks, the top of the box body has three sockets & plugs.
When closed, the lid & the top of the boxes can be interlocked by these plugs & sockets structure. Thereby eliminating the need of tapes to close the boxes.
The bottom of these boxes is also auto-locked by itself. So it does not need any tapes to close the boxes on both bottom and top. The empty boxes can be folded flatly to save on transportation costs.

Corrugated Plastic Sheet is a extruded hollow profile sheet consisting of two flat surfaces on top & bottom connected by vertical ribs, manufactured by our state-of-the-art Extrusion plant from Taiwan.
It is made of high impact copolymer Polypropylene Resin. These sheets have good a cushioning property with the presence of air between the two layers on top & bottom. The hollow profile structure of these sheets makes them very cost effective in comparison to solid sheets.
We manufacture these sheets in different flute types like ‘H’ flute, ‘S’ flute, ‘V’ flute depending on thicknesses and application / use.
These are manufactured with a Corona-treatment on both sides to exhibit optimal Printability. Advertising, Signage, Packaging, Material Handling and Protection are some of its applications.
