Nippen Electrical Instrument Co.

We are offering moving coil meter. Moving iron instruments are generally used for measuring ac voltages and currents. A feature of the moving element is that it is fitted with synthetic sapphire jewels. The movement is light and quick-acting, but extremely robust. An efficient system of fluid damping is employed. The movement is efficiently shielded against the effect of external magnetic fields. Moving coil instruments are used for measuring dc values. They can be used too on ac systems , if the input is fed through bridge rectifiers. A centre magnet system is incorporated in our moving coil instruments which completely shields the movement from the effect of external magnetic fields. The movement is pivoted between synthetic sapphire jewel bearings for frictionless operation. The above meters can be used for higher ranges by using necessary current and potential transformers, and external shunts, accuracy class: 1 to 1.5% as per iss 124883, we also manufacture.

Nippen power line transducers give load independent and isolated dc outputs proportional to input parameters like current, voltage, frequency, power factor, active power, reactive power and dc isolation. a c voltage frequency pf active power reactive power d c isolation

We are offering current transformers. The basic application of current transformers are: lowering the very high primary current passing through bus bars, cables, or wires to 5a or 1a, a measurable quantity by measuring instruments. isolating the measuring instrument and protective devices from mains. reproducing proportionate primary current on its secondary side, as required for extending the range of the instruments.

We are offering nippen bimetallic maximum demand ammeters with integration times of 15 or 30 minutes. With utilities increasingly being vigilant about such demand that influences billing of energy consumed, are increasingly sought in panels. There are two models to choose from. Model md-96 has only a slave pointer attached to the bimetal movement. In model md-96s, the instantaneous values , can also be monitored in addition to the maximum demand values, by the additional moving iron movement.

In today's world of cutthroat competition and market dive economy, on one hand there are rising energy cost and on the other is an urgent need to be "globally competitive", not only to grow but even to survive. Further there is need to comply with the new energy conservation law 2001, making energy audits mandatory. Smart analyser (multi parameter meter software) idealsoft solutions brings to you yet another tool smart analyser, to enhance your energy conservation and utility management efforts.

We are offering nippen electronic energy meters are panel mounting type innovative energy monitoring devices , having state of the art electronic microcontroller circuitry for reliability and accuracy. They can be used for 1ø 3ø balanced and unbalanced loads. there are three models to choose: 1) counter type model em 34. 2) digital lcd type model em 34l. 3) digital dual supply type model em 34d for electricity board & dg set energy supply. easy to install and use. elegant international styling. unique service support. suitable for 1ø 3ø 3w 4w electrical system. a single meter records both electricity board or utility and diesel generating set energy consumption thus enabling billing of tariffs at different rates defined.

We are offering automatic power factor controller. Nippen model uno+ is used for measurement and control of pf using reactive power compensation. Capacitor banks are suitably switched on and off automatically to provide necessary compensation. An intelligent switching algorithm (wear leveling) ensures uniform aging of the capacitors used to achieve the target pf. an alarm function ensures protection of capacitor banks against abnormality in voltage, current and sets value of capacitors whenever these are beyond the higher and lower threshold limits. Ct polarity is automatically sensed internally in the event of reverse connection.

We are offering digital vaf meter dt-36.

This is flush mounting micro controller based instrument with multilayer pcb having smt components offering accuracy and reliability along with reduction in emi and emc interference. These are specially designed to simultaneously measure, display and communicate several electrical parameters. This meter is an ideal data source for effective energy management, scada, plc, bms etc to measure as many as 36 parameters on 23 display pages, which are true rms. The readings are displayed on 3 line bright red 7 segment led, each row line having 4 14.2mm high leds. It has a rs 232 or rs 485 serial port with modbus rtu protocol (optional). To communicate with the pc these instruments are economically priced & easy to install and use.

We are offering nippen model eam 34 34l is highly copact kit used for energy audit, power distribution boards, q.c.
