Tips for Taking Proper Care of the Floor : - Placing mats at the entry prevents entrance of dirt, sand and oil onto your floors
- Wet mop should be avoided and never let water stand on laminate floor.
- Never polish or wax a laminate floor.
- To remove stains from grease, blood, beer, wine, juice, chocolates clean up with warm water or mild detergent.
- To remove stains of shoe polish, ink, oil, paint, lipstick, nail polish use mineral spirit, nail polish remover or denatured alcohol then wipe with damp cloth
- To remove candle wax, chewing gum first hardens the substance with ice then removes with plastic scrapper and wipe with warm water.
- Use a dry Mop or damp mop to clean the floor
- Never use abrasive cleaner or steel wool to clean the surface.
- When moving heavy furniture make sure to lift it off the floor for avoiding scratches.
