We bring to our clients a wide range of Hexagonal Die Nuts. Our range of threading tools is available in various types of thread forms like Metric, BSW, BSF, BSP, BSCON, BS, CY, BSB, BA, ME, BSPT, UNF, UNC, UNEF, UNS, NPT.

We manufacture Tapping Holders to be used on radial drilling machines. These holders are suitabe for ridgid tapping and for tap dia. above 20mm. We also maufacture extension for deep hole tapping.

We manufacture Serial Form Taps in Set of 3/4/5. These taps are used for tapping of Hard Material such as stainless steel.

We are the manufacturer and supplier of special taps in various sizes and dimension.We have many kinds of special taps and die which are helpful to engineering and manufacturing companies. Special taps is tool used to create screw threads, which is called threading. Many are cutting tools; others are forming tools. A tap is used to cut or form the female portion of the mating pair (e.g., a nut).

We manufacture Serration cutter for different picth with profiles. Profiles such as buttress, V threads, radius can be manufactured.

Thread Rolling Cutter can be manufactured as per customers requirement. These cutters can be used on multispindle automats or on SPMS.

We provide Thread grinding for components from range 6mm to 120mm. Threading profile may of any form such as V threads, Acme/ Trapozidal, Buttress or any special profile.

This Attachment is us to generate flat, square, hexagon, flat groves, etc. It is mounted on cross slide of lathe and is economical for batch type production. It can be used as substitute for milling machine. It has 300% more productivity then milling machine. It can be used for maximum job dia.of 25 mm.

We maunufacture Taps for Thread Inserts ( Helicoil ). Thread insert taps can be manufactured in Metric, UNC, UNF, BSW, BSF, BSP etc. Range include 6mm to 52mm
