1KV cables are designed and manufactured based on the national (IS) & international (IEC, BS) standards and project based customer specifications. Following are the standard stages of cable design & manufacturing.

Owing to our immense knowledge in this industry, we are able to supply superior quality of Marine Cable. The cable, which we offer are mainly used in ships as these are made using quality approved IEC 60331 annealed tinned copper to ensure excellent conductivity. These wires are insulated with ethylene propylene rubber and mica glass tape fire barrier to prevent fire at any cost. In order to meet the diversified demands of our clients, we offer the Marine Cable in many specifications.

The XLPE cable has Aluminium or Copper conductor, insulated with super clean cross linked polyethylene and then metallic screened with lead alloy sheath (with or without additional copper wires) or corrugated aluminium sheath and covered by PVC or PE for anti corrosion.

Indoor Railway Signaling Cables are suitable for indoor wiring and panel wiring in switching stations. 2. Outdoor Railway Signaling Gables are suitable for control purpose in power and switching stations, local distribution system in outdoor installations.

The areas for Fire resistant cable applications include places where large number of people congregate for short or limited period of time such as shopping malls, cinema theaters, educational institutions, airport terminals, mass transit systems (metro rail networks), high rise office buildings etc. FR cables also find use in power generation facilities, petrochemical complexes, nuclear power facilities, mines etc. for phased shut down of the plant and to keep critical functions like communication, rescue and evacuation systems functional during a fire.
