The Automatic High Speed Rotary External Ampoule Washing Machine Model NKEAW-250 is used to wash external surface of cylindrical container like Ampoule after the filling and sealing operation done. It is equipped with 4 stage of washing which include washing medium like Detergent Water, Tap Water, Air wash & heating & washing sequence can be changed as per customer requirement. The speed of the machine is up to 250 Ampoule per minute. The Automatic High Speed Rotary External Ampoule Washing Machine has a uniquie temperature control system for water & compressed air. The control system has capability to display the set parameters and actual parameters. Machine has inbuilt auto draining facility for water line.The Automatic High Speed Rotary External Ampoule Washing Machine is applicable in pharmaceutical & injectable segment.
