Mungbeans are grown during the summer months and harvested during autumn (March -May). Australian Mungbeans are considered to be superior in quality and consequently in high demand in Asia and the Indian sub-continent.

Varieties and Grades
Crystal and Jade AU- Both are large-seeded bright green Mungbeans with high grain quality characteristics when compared with other varieties. Size range is 3.25mm to 4.00mm.
These varieties can also be suitable for the sprouting market.
Other varieties (such as Onyx AU and Satin II) may be available depending on seasonal conditions.
