LS India Cement Testing Autoclave Especially designed for cement industry, these Cement Testing Autoclave or Tile Testing Autoclave systems provide precise results conforming to required standards of IS. Featuring durable construction of MS or Stainless steel housing chamber, these units prove to be finest even in tough conditions. JLS Cement Autoclave is suitable for conducting accelerated soundness tests on cements or the autoclave expansion test requiring constant steam pressure with the correspondent constant pressure.
The whole unit of cement autoclave is mounted on a sturdy supporting frame and enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing with finished paint. The control unit is attached to the side of the housing enclosing a sensitive pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switch and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating unit.
Features of Cement Testing Autoclave
Horizontal rectangular autoclave is a triple and Double walled chamber consist of the safety valve, pressure gauge as well as steam release valve also provides for an optimum functional interface. The autoclave is placed over a tubular stand to provide optimum functional stability.
The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to 30 psi. Working Temperature : 121 C
The standard range comes with internal tank volume range from 78 to 360 liters, however on specific requirement of customer, depend on usage these can further upgraded up to maximum 600 liters. Customers who require below 78 liters horizontal autoclave models these can also be designed on order.

Only B type cycles are considered safe, when providing sterilization of all 18 load types. Class B Sterilizers are class 1 medical device, extensively used in dentistry, medical and veterinary practices ensuring the safety of doctors, their staff and patients and legally protects their practice. A Class B Dental Autoclave must meet the stringent GMI Standard GM 13060, which classifies loads into three categories based on their structure of the items to be sterilized such as hollow, porous and wrapped items. These systems work on the principle of pre and post vacuum technology, where a vacuum pump is fitted in the unit for air removal.
